1:Can I return the product to get the refund?
Yes, we will allow return product for refund within 30-Day of purchase. In order to receive refund of your purchase, the product must be in its ORIGINAL BRAND NEW condition with its tag attached. If tag was removed or cut off, no refund will be issued. You can return the jewelry to us for full refund, shipping and handling charge is not refundable.

2.:Besides the product, what else do I need to return to receive refund?
Please return your product along with the purchase receipt and Life Time Warranty Card to us, we will issue refund in 3 business days after we receive the return package. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Mydreamsilver.us will not be responsible for shipping and handling charges of returning package

3: Can I get refund or exchange without proper documents?
We do not give refund or exchange of products without proper documents, purchase receipt .

4: Where do I return the products?
Please return the product with insured shipping, Miaarte.com will not be responsible for product damaged during the shipping. Please send the products to:
